Any conduct that violates the Code, such as moral harassment, conflict of interest, fraud, and misappropriation of goods, can be reported anonymously by professionals, customers, suppliers, and service providers through the Ethics Channel.


Commitment to ethics and integrity
Since the beginning of operations, the Company has maintained a strong stance against corruption and bribery. These commitments are documented in our Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery Policy, which provide clarity to all of us regarding our duties and responsibilities as members of a transparent Company committed to the best market practices.
We have dedicated a Compliance area within the Legal Department to support risk assessment, implementation of controls, and monitoring of the company's actions. Any unethical behavior or suspected bribery will be handled with complete transparency by our Ethics Committee and Compliance Officer, under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors.
In 2022, we took a step further in the fight against corruption by achieving the ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) certificate. Therefore, Portonave has all the internal tools necessary to face the challenges of combating corruption and bribery, ensuring that ethics and integrity will always mark our present and future success, with the support of our team of excellent professionals.
