Quay Infrastructure Works

On 2024 January , the Terminal initiated the Quay Infrastructure Works, a R$1 billion investment to accommodate the larger, state-of-the-art vessels of the global market, with an LOA of up to 400 meters and a river depth of 17 meters.

STAGED CONSTRUCTION

The execution is scheduled to take place in two phases. While one side is under construction (450 m), the other side operates normally, without interruption of activities. The work began on the east side and, when this stage is completed, it will move to the west side. The intervention is estimated to be completed in 24 months.
